Sometimes women are not sugar and spice and everything nice. And sometimes you just want to cut loose and get in touch with your inner girl-gone-wild. A past coworker got angry when I mentioned trying out Carmen Electra's new strip dancing exercise video.

She exclaimed it was degrading to women and men shouldn't want that from their women. I mentioned some women do it for themselves, for their inner tiger (or cougar, depending on your age) and self-confidence. The irony in this story is that her live-in boyfriend was a pornography buyer (project much?).

What's wrong with a little grace with a side of smut? After so many years in a relationship, you have to be creative. And this applies to men, too. So fellas, feel free to bust out the tiger thong and try these moves for your main squeeze. You'll at least get some laughs and brownie points for show —  no stripper pole required!

All you need to do is shed your inhibitions and read on: Mentally picture your performance. Now make it reality! Visualize how happy and entertained your significant other will be with all the attention you are lavishing upon them.

No Frank Sinatra. Think like a stripper. What music would get your hips shakin' like bacon? Some Brittney Spears? How about some smooth jazz? Or maybe you like some old school 80's rock with "Hot for Teacher."
On with the show. You need an outfit that will eventually (hopefully) end up on the floor. You could live out your YMCA fantasy and dress like a cowboy, indian or cop. Start dancing. Don't worry about being silly because that, too, can be sexy! Just start with your best assests and flaunt 'em since you got 'em! Remember to go slow and tease a little.

This is a strip show, not Jerry Springer! Go into character. With that wild and crazy costume, you can become that person. Don't forget to use your face too! Pout those lips, shake those hips in a circle motion (think belly dancer!) and don't forget, shoes count as clothing as well. Use the music as your guide as to what emotion you are trying to get across to your lover. Think like a burlesque performer and add a wig like Tarzan with your tiger print thong, or some mile-long locks with that Rapunzel outfit. The end. Make sure you give a killer ending to a great show. You put all of this effort into it, you better make sure your audience gets their money's worth!
