Carmen Electra sexy in red dress: She's been in the world of showbusiness for more than 20 years, but Carmen Electra made a basic error last night. Her vibrant orange dress may have hugged every curve, and her designer shoes lengthened her legs, but the former Playboy covergirl's hard work went to waste. Carmen blended into the red carpet, matching it with her clothing.

Despite Carmen's error the 38-year-old looked stunning with her wavy hair and tanned skin. Joining her at the New Now Next Awards in Los Angeles was a host of reality stars, including Tabatha's Salon Takeaway star Tabatha Coffey and All About Aubrey star Aubrey O'Day. The awrads were hosted by the gay and lesbian network logo, and attracted a wide range of guests.

Carmen, one of the original Pussycat Dolls, first appeared in a nude pictorial in Playboy in May 1996. The exposure led to her fledging TV career really taking off, landing her a role in Baywatch, in which she appeared from 1997 to 1998. Carmen, real name Tara Leigh Patrick, was featured in Playboy four more times and has also appeared in a number of movies, including American Vampire, Scary Movie, Starsky and Hutch and Cheaper By The Dozen.
